Chocolate eclairs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
- box graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Frosting:1 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. milk1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. margarine Mix pudding according to directions. Mix pudding and Cool Whip together. Stir thoroughly. Line bottom of pan with graham crackers. Pour half of Cool Whip mixture over crackers, another layer of crackers and rest of mixture over that layer. Top with another layer of crackers. Frost with chocolate frosting.Frosting: Cook 2 minutes all ingredients. Remove from heat. Cool. Pour over pudding and cracker layers. Refrigerate until ready to use. Refrigerate leftovers.
