Chocolate eclairs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- cold milk - 3 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- whole graham crackers - 45 item
- French vanilla instant pudding
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Butter a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Place 15 whole graham crackers on bottom. Mix French vanilla instant pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Add Cool Whip. Spoon half of mixture over crackers. Place 15 more graham crackers over top. Place other half over top. Add another layer of 15 graham crackers.In a small pot combine sugar, cocoa, salt and 1/4 cup milk. Bring to a boil, then boil one minute. Stir constantly. Add margarine and vanilla. Heat until slightly thick. Spread over last layer of crackers.
