Chocolate eclair dessert
Ingredients/Components
- cold milk - 3 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 8
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- can milk chocolate frosting purchased - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair dessert:
Mix pudding and milk in a large bowl and beat until smooth and thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir until well blended.Layer a 9 x 13 pan with one layer of graham crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers. Place another layer of crackers. Pour second half of pudding over crackers. Place a third layer of graham crackers. Melt the can of frosting in the microwave until thin enough to pour over top.
Hint. Do not use a knife to spread frosting; just tip pan to cover the top. Chill at least 1 to 2 hours.
