  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar
  • Cool Whip - 8 9
  • box graham crackers - 1 lb
  • instant French vanilla pudding
  • presoftened, unsweetened chocolate or 2 blocks

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Chocolate Icing:2 pkg. presoftened, unsweetened chocolate or 2 blocks2 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. butter Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Lay graham crackers down flat on bottom of pan (can overlap). Mix rest of cake ingredients together. Pour half on top of crackers. Put on another layer of graham crackers and rest of cake mix, then another layer of graham crackers on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Mix icing ingredients. Spread on top. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
