  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • can chocolate frosting - 1 item
  • Note recipe calls for less milk than package does

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Mix pudding and milk. Note recipe calls for less milk than package does. Fold in Cool Whip. Line dish with graham crackers. Cover with pudding mix. Finish with crackers on top.

Melt chocolate frosting in microwave. Take top and foil off to soften. Pour over cake. Put in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.For A Different Topping:2 sq. unsweetened chocolate6 Tbsp. margarine1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. corn syrup3 Tbsp. milk Melt chocolate with margarine over low heat. Add corn syrup, vanilla, sugar and milk; stir well. Pour over cracker and pudding mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Note: Six tablespoons cocoa and 2 tablespoons margarine may be substituted for chocolate squares.
