Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate - 2 sq
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- butter
- confectioners sugar
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- white Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- French vanilla instant pudding
- box graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Topping:3 Tbsp. butter2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar3 Tbsp. milk Mix pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish with graham crackers. Pour in one-half of pudding mix. Add another layer of graham crackers and pour remaining pudding on top. Top with a layer of graham crackers. For topping, melt butter and chocolate. Add Karo and vanilla. Slowly mix in confectioners sugar and milk. Pour over top layer of graham crackers.
