Chocolate eclair cake



  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 6 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • butter
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • box graham crackers - 1 item

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Fudge Frosting:1/2 c. butter1/3 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar1/3 c. milk Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish and line with graham crackers. Mix together French vanilla pudding (instant) with milk and Cool Whip. Pour a layer of mixture over crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Repeat until mixture is used up, ending with layer of crackers.

In the meantime, melt butter and add all remaining frosting ingredients to a separate bowl. Mix and pour over crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
