- Cool Whip
- cold milk - 2 c
- whole graham crackers - 20 item
- Jell-O vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
- cans cherry pie filling optional - 2 oz
- ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting - 1 c
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers, breaking cracker where necessary to fit.Mix instant pudding and milk, beat well 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Add Cool Whip and blend. Spread 1/2 of pudding mix over crackers, add another layer of crackers, cover with remaining pudding and another layer of crackers.
Spread frosting on top crackers or top with pie filling. Chill about 3 hours.
