- tub Cool Whip - 1 (8
- box graham crackers do not crush - 1 item
- cocoa
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Icing:1/3 c. cocoa1/4 c. evaporated milk1 c. sugar1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Combine vanilla pudding; mix with milk. Stir until it thickens. Fold in tub of Cool Whip. Place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and cover those with the rest of the pudding mixture. Place a final layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.Icing: Combine the cocoa, evaporated milk and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until it boils, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Add the vanilla and margarine. Stir until the margarine completely melts. Pour over the top layer of the graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
