- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- carton whipped topping - 1 oz
- box whole graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Glaze:1 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt1/2 c. cocoa Butter 13 x 9-inch pan and cover bottom with a layer of whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk, beating well. Fold in whipped topping. Spread half of mixture over crackers and alternate layers, ending with crackers.In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Beat and spread on crackers.
