- milk - 3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- box graham crackers - 1 lb
- small boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- chocolate icing - 1 c
How to make chocolate eclair:
Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Coat crackers with chocolate icing. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. In pan, put a layer of crackers, then pudding mix and end with crackers on top, then top with nuts or crumbs. Let cool overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Time to make, > 1 day.
