Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- instant vanilla pudding small - 2 pkg
- container chocolate frosting - 11 oz
- box whole graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Mix milk and pudding together in a medium size bowl. Stir in Cool Whip. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the whole graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture on first layer of graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and pour the rest of the pudding mixture on top. Spread chocolate frosting on the last layer of graham crackers, then put them on top of pudding.
