Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- sour cream - 1/2 1
- whipped topping - 9 oz
- box graham crackers - 3/4 item
- boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 oz
- can chocolate frosting - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Line 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with crackers. Mix pudding and milk. Add sour cream. Mix well and add whipped topping. Spread 1/2 of pudding over crackers. Place on this another layer of crackers. Spread other half of pudding over these and put third layer of crackers on top. Spread frosting over last layer of crackers. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Time to make, > 1 day.
