Chocolate eclair



  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • cold milk - 3 c
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • cherries - 1 item
  • small boxes vanilla instant pudding - 2 item
  • can chocolate icing - 1 item
  • small carton cream cheese - 1 item

How to make chocolate eclair:

Cover bottom and sides of pan with graham crackers. Mix milk with pudding mix and fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into pan on top of graham crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers. Mix cream cheese and icing and spread on top of graham crackers. Garnish with cherries and nuts.
