How to make chocolate eclair:
Beat pudding mix and milk until thick. Fold in thawed Cool Whip; blend well. In 9 x 13-inch pan, put down a graham cracker layer, then spread pudding mixture on graham cracker layer. Layer graham crackers on top. Frost with chocolate icing. Chill 1/2 hour, then serve. Serves 8 to 15.Recipe categories: Desserts, Time to make, > 1 day.
