Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate, melted - 3 sq
How to make chocolate doughnuts:
Mix all ingredients together except add flour slowly. Fry in frying pan at 375°. Use lard for frying. Fill frying pan 3/4 full of melted lard (2 pounds roughly). May have to add more during cooking.Recipe categories: Chocolate, Breads, Pennsylvania dutch.
