- semi-sweet dark chocolate - 4 oz
- to 12 whole strawberries - 6 item
How to make chocolate-dipped strawberries:
Melt the chocolate slowly in a double boiler, taking care to keep it from getting too hot. Choose berries with the stems intact. Rinse berries and drain to remove any trace of moisture.Holding the strawberries by the stem, dip each one in the melted chocolate until evenly covered. Place on wax paper and refrigerate. Serves 2. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
