Chocolate delight
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- medium container Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant chocolate Jell-O pudding - 2 pkg
How to make chocolate delight:
For first layer, melt oleo and mix with flour and 1/2 cup pecans. Spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. Refrigerate 1 hour then add second layer.Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on first layer. Mix instant pudding with milk. Spread on second layer.
Last Layer: Spread Cool Whip over chocolate pudding; sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans. Chill and serve.
