  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1 c
  • butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
  • 12 oz - 2 c
  • crisp rice cereal - 3 c
  • creamy peanut butter - 1 c
  • jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
  • baking cocoa - 6 Tbsp

How to make chocolate crunch brownies:

In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool. Spread Marshmallow Creme over cooled brownies.

In a small saucepan melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in the refrigerator. Yields 3 dozen.
