Chocolate crinkles
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- unsweetened chocolate 4 oz - 4 sq
How to make chocolate crinkles:
Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350°. Drop teaspoon of dough into confectioners sugar. Roll in sugar; shape into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake!
