Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract
- powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp
- raisins - 2 c
- dark corn syrup - 1/4 c
How to make chocolate covered raisins:
Combine chocolate morsels and corn syrup in top of double boiler. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook until chocolate melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and raisins. Drop by half teaspoons into waxed paper. Chill and store in refrigerator.
