  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • cocoa - 3/4 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • oleo, softened

How to make chocolate cookies:

Cream oleo and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well. Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool on cookie sheet until set, about 1 minute.
