Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- crushed pecans - 2 c
- block paraffin - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
- boxes powdered sugar - 2 item
- can Angel Flake coconut - 1 item
How to make chocolate coconut balls:
Combine first six ingredients. Chill mixture 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Roll into small balls. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Dip candy into chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Coconut.
