Chocolate chip pudding cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- Jell-O instant pudding pie filling chocolate - 1 serving
How to make chocolate chip pudding cookies:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
