Chocolate chip pudding cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- unsifted all-purpose flour
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- 4-serving size Jell-O chocolate or vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling - 1 pkg
How to make chocolate chip pudding cookies:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
