Chocolate chip pudding cookies



  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts optional - 1 c
  • butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
  • unsifted all-purpose flour
  • firmly packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • 4-serving size Jell-O chocolate or vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling - 1 pkg

How to make chocolate chip pudding cookies:

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
