  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • white Karo syrup - 1 c
  • melted oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

How to make chocolate chip pecan pie:

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs well. Add Karo, sugar and vanilla. Beat well; add melted oleo. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes. Middle should not be set as firm as outside of pie.
