- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- packed light brown sugar - 1/3 c
- 2 sticks butter - 1 c
- Hershey mini chips - 1 c
How to make chocolate chip kiss cookies:
Heat oven to 375°. Remove wrappers from kisses. In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add flour; blend until smooth. Stir in small chocolate chips. Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each piece of kiss, covering completely. Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
