- butter, softened - 1 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract
- salt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- baking soda
- unsifted flour
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
Preheat oven to 375°. In small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
