Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• semi-sweet chocolate chips
• baking soda - 3/4 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• all-purpose flour
• firmly packed brown sugar
• butter flavor Crisco - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies. Combine shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat egg into creamed mixture. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake one baking sheet at a time for 8 to 10 minutes.
