Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips 12 oz - 1 pkg
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- unsifted all-purpose flour
- vanilla pudding mix - 1 serving
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls, about 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
