Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• semi-sweet chocolate chips
• water - 2 Tbsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
• butter Crisco - 1 c

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. In bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, water, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
