Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• flour - 3 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• chocolate chips
• shortening - 1 c
• nuts - 2 c
• rolled oats - 1/2 c
• lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Beat together shortening, butter and sugar about 5 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop large tablespoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart. Bake at 3
