Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- 12 oz - 1 pkg
- white sugar - 1/4 c
- light brown sugar, packed - 3/4 c
- small vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour and soda, then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.Cookies stay soft, keep in covered container.
