Chocolate chip cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 3/4 c
• pkg - 3 oz
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough - 2 (20

How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:

Mix together well all ingredients except dough. Set aside. Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/3-inch slices. Place slices of one roll into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Press together to cover up any holes. Spoon in cream cheese mixture evenly and top with slices of remaining package of cookie dough. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and center is slightly firm. Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate. Slice when completely cool. Enjoy!

Option: You can serve the cheesecake plain, with chocolate sauce, fudge or whipped topping; whatever is your favorite.
