Chocolate chip brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 1
- margarine or butter, softened - 1 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1 item
How to make chocolate chip brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and mix well. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
