- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- few grains salt - 1 item
- pie crust - 8 or
- evaporated milk, undiluted - 1/2 c
- squares of chocolate unsweetened
How to make chocolate chess pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place butter and chocolate in small saucepan and melt, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into a small bowl; add sugar, flour, milk, eggs, salt and vanilla. Beat mixture at moderate speed 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy (scrape bowl occasionally with spatula).
