Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla
- heavy cream - 1/3 c
- dark corn syrup - 3/4 c
- 8 oz - 2 pkg
- melted butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- Filling:2 pkg
- chocolate or graham cracker crumbs
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Combine all ingredients and press into a 9-inch pan.Filling:2 pkg. (4 oz.) sweet chocolate3/4 c. dark corn syrup1 1/2 tsp. vanilla2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, cut in cubes2 eggs1/3 c. heavy cream Melt 1 1/2 packages chocolate (6 ounces). Blend eggs, corn syrup, cream and vanilla in blender until smooth. With blender running slowly add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Blend in chocolate. Pour into crust. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until set. Cool on rack.
