Chocolate cake pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
How to make chocolate cake pudding:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 1/2 c. water Sift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa together into a 9-inch square baking pan. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Spread batter in pan.Mix topping sugars and cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour water over all and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Serve warm or cool with cream or sour cream. Serves 6 to 8.
