  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sticks margarine - 3 item
  • self-rising flour
  • unsweetened chocolate - 3 sq
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • bag miniature marshmallows - 6 oz
  • Icing:1 stick margarine

How to make chocolate cake:

Icing:1 stick margarine2 sq. unsweetened chocolate1 small can evaporated milk1 c. sugar1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla6 oz. bag miniature marshmallows Cake: Melt chocolate and margarine in double boiler. Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar and eggs to chocolate mixture. Beat well. Add other ingredients. Pour in 11 x 12-inch pan. Bake in oven at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing: Cook first 4 ingredients until blended. Beat in confectioners sugar and add vanilla. Cover cake with marshmallows. Pour hot icing over marshmallows.
