Chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- all-purpose flour, sifted
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- brown sugar, packed - 3/4 c
- peanut butter chips - 6 oz
- pecans optional - 1 c
How to make chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies:
Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing until well blended. Fold in chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
