Chipped beef dip
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- dried beef, chopped - 3 oz
- butter with 1/2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make chipped beef dip:
Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream and beef; beat with mixer. Melt butter with salt and brown pecans. Stir 1/2 of pecans into beef mixture. Add onion, green pepper and seasonings. Put into small baking dish and sprinkle with remaining pecans. CoRecipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beef.
