- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- white wine - 3 Tbsp
- slab pork spareribs, cut in 3 sections - 1 item
How to make chinese spareribs:
Marinate ribs in a mixture of the catsup, wine, soy sauce, cinnamon and garlic powder for 2 to 3 hours or longer. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until meat is cooked.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beginner cook, Oven.
