Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- can peas - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- can Chinese vegetables - 1 item
- can seasoned green beans - 1 item
How to make chinese salad:
Drain vegetables and put in bowl. Mix 3/4 cup vinegar and 1 cups sugar. Combine and bring to a boil. Let cool. Mix all together and let set for several hours or overnight in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Chinese.
