Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
  • green onions, chopped - 4 item
  • flavor packet from noodles - 1 item
  • almond slivers - 1/2 c
  • bag shredded cabbage or 1/2 cabbage, shredded - 1 item
  • cooked Ramen noodles - 1 pkg

How to make chinese salad:

Mix together the first 3 ingredients. (Some prefer the noodles uncooked.) Mix together the next 5 ingredients. Toast the sesame seed and almonds 4 or 5 minutes at 350° and add to the last mixture and pour over the cabbage and noodles.
