Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- bell peppers - 2 item
- tomatoes, cut in wedges - 2 item
- boneless sirloin steak - 1 item
- to 2 onions - 1 item
How to make chinese pepper steak:
Cut steak in strips. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Brown meat in oil. Saute peppers and onions in meat grease. Mix sugar, ginger, cornstarch and water. Add mixture, tomatoes and meat. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Rice.
