Chinese fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- peanut butter - 2/3 c
- rolled oats - 2 c
- can evaporated milk - 1/2 item
How to make chinese fudge:
Heat the evaporated milk to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add in the sugar, butter and cocoa. Return to heat and stir until butter is melted. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Drop in the vanilla and cut in the rolled oats. Place in greased pan. Cut into cubes while still warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
