Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 item
- bean sprouts - 1 pkg
- dash of ginger - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- wine - 1 item
- medium carrots, grated - 2 item
- your choice chicken, pork or shrimp - 1 lb
- small cabbage, chopped up in thin slices or shredded - 1 item
- egg roll skins leave in refrigerator until ready to use - 1 pkg
How to make chinese egg rolls:
Cut shrimp in 2 to 3 pieces and slice chicken and pork in thin slices. Marinate in wine, salt, pepper and garlic. Put meat in hot oil, cook for approximately 3 minutes. Then add all other vegetables. Add ginger and soy sauce. Leave pot uncovered and cook until all liquid is evaporated. Directions on how to roll egg roll are on the package. Put in hot oil to brown.
