- brown sugar - 5 Tbsp
- water - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- ketchup - 3 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 4 item
- chicken wings - 5 lbs
- stick of butter - 1 item
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Brown wings in butter and garlic. When wings are almost brown, remove garlic and fry wings until completely brown. Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over wings and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
