- ginger - 1 tsp
- light brown sugar
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- chicken wings - 3 doz
- bottle soy sauce - 1 oz
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Remove tips from wings. Split wings to form short drumsticks and short wings. Marinate wings in mixture which has been mixed in blender. Allow to remain in liquid 2 hours. Place in baking dish (wings and liquid). Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 to 2 hours, turning and basting with liquid.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
