Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- honey - 5 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- peppercorns - 6 item
- white pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic chips - 1 Tbsp
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Cut wings in half. Discard tips. Place wings in pan large enough so wings do not overlap each other. Sprinkle pepper and salt. Mix next 6 ingredients. Add hot water and blend well. Pour this over wings. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350° for about 2 hours. Remove foil. Lower heat to 300° and baste wings often for about 30 minutes. Drain wings on paper towels.
